All payments are final and non-refundable. The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Transfers may be permitted only with prior written approval from management. Charter funds may be applied to a future date without penalty, provided our office is notified of the cancellation and rescheduling request at least 30 days prior to the originally scheduled departure date.
If a reschedule is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full in order to secure the new date. This policy is in place to prevent multiple date cancellations for the same reservation. Rescheduled charters must be completed within 12 months of the original booking date and must remain with the same vessel; switching to a different yacht is not permitted.
In the event of extreme weather such as a hurricane, lightning storm, or tornado that makes it unsafe to be on the water, the Owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional cost. To qualify, such conditions must be actively occurring at the scheduled charter departure time and deemed unsafe for navigation.
All payments are final and non-refundable. The Captain has the sole and final authority in determining whether a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions. Rain alone does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.
